CURSOS CUATRIMESTRALES DE A2 Y B2.2

ALUMNOS OFICIALES de A1 y B2.1 (matriculados en el primer cuatrimestre)

- Soy Apto en la evaluación de progreso:

 Me matriculo del 19 al 21 de enero, en Secretaría, en el curso cuatrimestral siguiente.

- Soy No Apto en la evaluación de progreso:

1.   Debo realizar la evaluación extraordinaria los días 18, 19 o 20 de enero (la fecha depende del nivel).

2.   Consulto mis notas el 25 de enero por la tarde en la plataforma Roble.

3.   Si ahora soy Apto, me matriculo en el curso siguiente los días 25 y 26 de enero en Secretaría, realizando el pago de la matrícula en la App de Pago de Tasas.**
Entrego la solicitud y el justificante de pago en Secretaría.
De lo contrario, debo esperar al curso 2022/2023 para repetir curso.

ALUMNOS DE NUEVO INGRESO en A2 y B2.2

1.   Realizo la preinscripción a la prueba de clasificación* del 10 a 13 de enero de 2022, ambas fechas incluidas, pagando 19€ en la App de Pago de Tasas, buscando el código QR: 1261. Entrego la solicitud y el justificante de pago en Secretaría.

2.   Realizo mi prueba de clasificación* el día 14 de enero a las 16:30h en el AULA 17. 

3.   Consulto mis notas el día 17 de enero por la tarde.

4.   Del 12 al 18 de enero de 2022, realizo la preinscripción en el curso deseado, rellenando el siguiente FORMULARIO y entregándolo en Secretaría.
NO PAGO NADA EN ESTA FASE

5.  Consulto la lista provisional de admitidos (24 de enero) y la lista definitiva (27 de enero), pudiendo reclamar la primera lista del 24 al 26 de enero.

6.  Si hay grupo y plaza disponible, me matriculo los días 27, 28 y 31 de enero, en Secretaría, realizando el pago de la matrícula en la App de Pago de Tasas.**
Entrego el impreso de matrícula y el justificante de pago en Secretaría.

* No es necesario hacer prueba de clasificación si tienes el diploma DELE o alguna de las titulaciones recogidas en este DOCUMENTO.

La realización de la prueba de clasificación NO garantiza la obtención de plaza. El resultado de esta prueba es válido para otras Escuelas Oficiales de Idiomas.

INSTRUCTIONS IN ENGLISH

1. What steps do I need to take to enroll in the A2 or B2.2 four-month courses if I have been an OFFICIAL A1 or B2.1 student in the first semester?

- If my formative assessment has been positive (apto), I can sign up for the new course (matrícula) from January 19^th to 21^st at the Registry Office (Secretaría).

- If my formative assessment has been negative (no apto), I can retake the exams on January 19^th, 20^th 21^st (depending on the level) and then check my marks on Roble on January 25^th.

If my formative assessment is positive (apto) after the retake, I can sign up for the new course on January 25^th and 26^th at the Registry Office (Secretaría). Otherwise, I will have to wait for the next school year (2022/2023) to repeat the year. (Check the timetables HERE or on our website, by clicking on the Idiomas tab, and then on Español.)

2. What steps do I need to take to enroll in the A2 or B2.2 four-month courses if I am a NEW student to the school?

1. I can apply for a placement test from January 10^th until 13^th (including both dates), by paying €19 on the Fee Payment App (QR code: 1261), and then handing my proof of payment along with my duly completed application form at the Registry Office (Secretaría).

2. I can take a placement test on January 14^th at 16:30 in room 17.

[You don’t need to take this placement test if you have the DELE certification or other certificates listed in this DOCUMENT].

3. The results of this test will be published on January 17^th in the afternoon.

[Taking the placement test does not guarantee that you will be given a spot, but you can use the result of this placement test for another Escuela Oficial de Idiomas.]

4. I can also start the pre-registration process to the course by filling this FORM and handing it at the Registry Office (Secretaría). I MUSTN'T PAY ANYTHING AT THIS STAGE

5. I check the provisional list of admitted candidates on January 24^th and the final list on January 27^th. I can claim for amendments in the former list since January 24th until January 26th.

6. Only if there are groups and spots available am I allowed to sign up for the course on January 27^th, 28^th and 31st at the Registry Office (Secretaría). Given the case, I should pay the tuition fees on the Fee Payment App and hand the proof of payment along with my duly completed registration form at the Registry Office (Secretaría).

Lessons will start on February 2nd at 16:30 (A2: Room 8, B2.2: Room 2)
